ABOUT LESSONS
Lessons include beginner and more advanced courses in sailing. They vary from single to multi-day courses. Since our priority is our students’ enjoyment, all of our Sailing School classes have a small number of students. Alternative length of lessons can be also offered on request.
WHY HAVE SAILING COURSES
To gain the most out of your visit on the Greek Island of Paros and make your holiday a fun and educative experience. To couple amusement with the development of new skills. To taste the sense of achievement you’ll feel when you’ve mastered the basics and sail on your own for the first time-a sense that will stay with you for ever.
OUR INSTRUCTORS
Instructors of the short-term sailing courses are the same ones that train Paros Nautical Club's athletes. All our instructors have many years of experience in championing, with awards on National & International level and with certified coaching proficiency.
METHODOLOGY
During a typical course students begin by getting to know the boat; they are then taught basic safety rules, theory on basic sailing rules and practical boat preparation. After that, they make their first sailing steps into the sea and gradually pass from theory to action.
FLEET INFORMATION
BAHIA
This boat can easily fit 4 adults and provides a stable platform for adults learning to sail. With a pull of the spinnaker halyard, the Bahia can be transformed into a performance racer.

The Laser is the World’s most popular adult racing class. We have all three rig sizes available, two of which, the Laser Full Rig and the Laser Radial Rig, are Olympic classes.

Stress free sailing! This boat is so easy to rig, even an 8-year-old can do it! Just see how much fun you can have on an optimist.

SAFETY BOATS
We use Avon Ribs, the most popular boats in use by sailboat coaches and for rescue in Greece. The hull is designed with a very narrow V-shape and high lifted bow, which helps to secure remarkable sea keeping properties for a boat of its size.
